By their 10th anniversary, the company was operating 30 pieces of equipment, had 36 full time employees, and terminals in Lebanon, Reading , Allentown, and New York City. Additional terminals were added in Harrisburg, Milton, Lancaster, and Easton, PA and at Jersey City, NJ. The company's name was shortened to New Penn Motor Express in 1957.
